Facebook groups are the hottest thing, people are starting groups on everything from network marketing to shopping, you name it, it's on Facebook. But the question remains. How do you use Facebook groups to build your business?
Well, to start you must always keep in mind that Facebook is a social media platform, so you are going on Facebook to meet people and build relationships that can last a lifetime. You are not on there to sell, sell, sell. OK, with that being said.
How to get the most out of Facebook groups?
In the search bar at top of Facebook you can search anything that interests you from hobbies like camping, golfing, swimming, travel whatever interests you. Those are the people you want to be working with.
You can also search stuff directly related to your company if you are in travel you may want to be in some travel groups those are people who could use your service. Same goes for make-up, health & wellness, ect.
Type in what you like make sure to read the admin description of a group. Lots of groups have rules and the last thing you want to do is break them. If you like what you see ask to join the group. Oh yea and message the admin thanking them, these are good people to know and most likely well connected.
After, you get into the group and are checking out posts. Find people who you feel like you could make a good connection with and send them a message. Start learning more about them to see if what you have could benefit them.
Now make sure to start posting value to the group as well. This will allow you to use attraction marketing.
Do not sell or make mention of your company. Use curiosity posts that will have them asking you. You do not ever want someone googling your company. Google never gives good presentations so make sure they are getting the right information from you.
